What is the return terms?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

How do I return my items?
To start a return, you can contact us at
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
When we receive your items and the return conditions are met, we will process the return within 7 working days.
The funds will be refunded to you, in the same way, as payment was made.

All returns, including shipping costs and arrangements are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return label:
You can buy a return label if you contact our customer service. This service we offer to countries with GLS Shop return. You have to hand in the return package to your local GLS Shop. You can find the nearest shop on the GLS website.

Return at our showroom:
If you live nearby, you are welcome to visit us at our showroom to return or exchange your item/items. If you wish to return an item and get your money refunded, you need to bring the receipt.

Right to complaint:
If your jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to compensation for two years after purchase.

You can only get compensation if you can provide proof of the date of purchase. If you can provide proof of this, we will repair your product free of charge or give you a new one.

Please contact our customer service via email with your order number and a picture of the damage.

We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate repairs, returns and exchanges.
