Helgstrand Jewellery receives payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and MobilePay.
All prices are in euro and included 25% Danish VAT.
The amount is drawn from the customer’s account when the items are ready to send.
Helgstrand Jewellery uses an approved payment server, which encrypts all your credit card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that it is not possible to read your information.
Helgstrand Jewellery understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. Helgstrand Jewellery will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless this is necessary to implement a transaction.

Helgstrand Jewellery delivers on weekdays within 2-3 days after ordering on the webshop. Customers living abroad may experience longer delivery time. Since the gold jewellery is handcrafted, there may be a longer delivery time of up to 20 workdays. If this is the case, you will get noticed when ordering.

Delivery costs
In Denmark, the delivery costs are included when buying for more than DKK 800, but we will charge when shipping abroad. Parcels are sent with GLS and delivered to the customer’s private address. If the customer is not at home, the parcel is delivered to the nearest GLS ParcelShop for the customer to collect.

Right to complaint
A two year right of complaint is given according to Danish law. The right of complaint apply to defects in material and manufacture. Customers have to complain within a reasonable time, within two months after the customer has found the error or defect.
The complaint does not apply to faults or damage committed by the incorrect use of the product.
Helgstrand Jewellery will cover reasonable return costs.

If a refund is agreed upon, the customer has to send his or her bank details to transfer the agreed amount.

Right of cancellation
Customers are allowed within 14 days to return any items purchased on our webshop. The period is counted from the day when the item is received. However, the right of cancellation is not valid for custom made jewellery, for example, if the jewellery has been engraved or similar.
The customer must pay the return costs.
Please notify Helgstrand Jewellery before returning the jewellery.
The notification shall be given by email at marianne@helgstranddenmark.dk. In the email, the customer must clarify that the customer wants to make use of the right of cancellation.

Condition of the item, when it is returned
The customer shall only be responsible for any deterioration of the item’s value, due to different handling than usual. In other words – the customer can test the item in the same way, as if it were tried in a physical store.
Suppose the item is tested in addition to what is described above. In that case, we consider it to be used, which means that the customer’s cancellation only gets a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
